    Eastern AHEC would like to take a moment to welcome our new Program Assistant, Thejaswini Vivek, BE. She has a strong zeal for spreading healthcare awareness and introducing new practices that will empower the community. With a background in technology and backend system data management, Thejaswini will strengthen Eastern AHEC’s health technology systems and programming.     Eastern AHEC is looking for a program assistant able to provide administrative and programmatic support to Eastern AHEC. Candidate will work up to 25 hours per week and assist each in maintaining and reporting program systems, scheduling, procedures and policies and project initiatives.     Language Proficiency Assessment Registration Process

    The following is an explanation of how to register for Language Proficiency Assessments (LPAs) through myMIP. Visit our website (www.easternctahec.org). Go to Services and click on Medical/Community Interpreter Program (MIP). Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Sign into myMIP. On the left side of the screen, click on Registration to create an account with Eastern AHEC, Inc. Fill out the form. After creating an account, you will receive a confirmation/activation email.
