    Eastern AHEC in partnership with the University of Connecticut School of Medicine Office of Community and Continuing Medical Education and Connecticut Area Health Education Centers (AHEC) will hold a forum on August 11, 2017 from noon to 1:30 PM at UConn Health (263 Farmington Ave., Farmington, CT—main building, Low Learning Center).     Language Proficiency Assessment Registration Process

    The following is an explanation of how to register for Language Proficiency Assessments (LPAs) through myMIP. Visit our website (www.easternctahec.org). Go to Services and click on Medical/Community Interpreter Program (MIP). Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Sign into myMIP. On the left side of the screen, click on Registration to create an account with Eastern AHEC, Inc. Fill out the form. After creating an account, you will receive a confirmation/activation email.
